At Beko, we aim to create an environment where the next generation of female engineers and Research & Development professionals are empowered and have opportunities to thrive in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) fields.
We aim to highlight the importance of R&D in STEM and the range of career pathways available to aspiring female engineers. The program is aimed at university students aged between 17-23 years and provides them with mentoring and career development opportunities at one of Beko's R&D and Innovation facilities in Romania, Pakistan and South Africa. Participants will be able to work and develop projects with the support of Beko’s global mentor pool. In addition to online workshops and training, participants have an opportunity to work with mentors on ongoing projects.
