Mobile Systems: AGV’s & Hybrid Vehicles 
Our 15 different AGV’S allow us to implement solutions for end-to-end material flow. The solutions consist of warehousing and material handling. Our AGV functions differ from each other and our hybrid autonomous conversion kits can be implemented to various manual vehicles such as forklifts, pallet stackers, floor sweepers, etc. Design & Integration focuses on unmanned intralogistics and high-tech production lines

At Design & Integration we have two branches, Mobile Systems and Factory Automation. We research, integrate and build-up on state-of-art technologies around the globe. Our focus is to provide efficient, modular, and swift solutions with our production lines and mobile robots.

 

Design & Integration: Mobile Systems

We focus on one of the pioneers of I4.0, mobile robots. Our goal is to serve fully unmanned intralogistics to Beko factories and warehouses. We are moving towards our goal step-by-step with our 15 different AGVs and our strongest characteristic, Integration! Currently 126 AGVs are active at 8 different plants.

 

Mobile Systems: Software Developments

Our team is currently developing our own Material Demand Software (MDS), own fleet management and own warehouse management software (WMS). Moreover, with our own software, we have AGV to Cockpit interaction in case of emergencies. We are controlling our AGV’s with natural navigation and QR navigation. Our software’s contribute highly to our control over the material flow and autonomous vehicles.

Mobile Systems: Vehicle Portfolio

Our AGV’S are categorized as carry, tugger, lift, conveyor, hybrid, and storage types. Hybrid vehicles are manual vehicles integrated with a autonomous conversion kit which enables vehicles to be operated in both manual and autonomous modes. Our warehouse solutions consist of Shuttle based AS/RS systems and Goods-to-Person (G2P) based systems.

 

Mobile Systems: Vehicle Design

Atlas Pin, Atlas Tugger, autonomous conversion kits were designed by the Industrial Design team. Both Atlas Pin and Tugger were granted the Reddot Design awards in 2021 and 2022. Atlas Pin vehicle was also granted the iF Design Award in 2021.At our branch we design and manufacture Refrigerator Door Line, Oven Chassis Line and Assembly Line for Beko factories. We have 11 active and on-going lines at 6 different factories in 5 countries. Moreover, we integrate state-of-art technologies to current production lines.

Fully automatic quality control stations, servo-controlled systems, image processing with cameras, bin picking systems and robotic solutions.
